Welcome to Woman’s Hour: The TERF Report.
In today’s episode, I’ll discuss the July 1 announcement that the University of Pennsylvania has entered into an agreement with the Department of Education regarding its Title IX violations and its commitment to its female student athletes.
This is a resounding victory for women and girls everywhere. However, I take particular delight in Penn’s decision to cave because I attended law school there in the late 1990s.
I was quite pleased when Jan Crawford, the Chief Legal Correspondent at CBS News posted the story on X, quoting me:
