In today’s episode, I’ll talk about the Wednesday decision in US v. Skrmetti. Most people think this is a huge win for women and reality, and I understand why. It is a win, and we should all rightly celebrate it. However, I can’t help but be mildly irritated at the majority, and I’ll explain why. Justice Barrett’s concurring opinion is my personal favorite.
