Question for anyone who happens to know this: I cannot find a definition of "gender identity" anywhere within Title IX and regulation. If you have a citation where that definition can be found, I'd appreciate getting the citation.
Talk about confusion! No way schools can navigate these rules. I can see 6’8” biological male on Stanford kicking LSU women’s bb off the court. We have defined words like intramural, club and intercollegiate sports. The positives from sports can be gained through intramural sports assuming safety. Fairness doesn’t so much matter in intramural, participation is primary goal. However gender identity still horrible term. A male may participate in girls intramural team as long as deemed safe to female participants.
