This is a difficult question and I don't know the answer but reading this "RESOLVED, that desisted and detransitioned women belong in every women-only space and activity to which every other woman is entitled;" how do you interpret this for sports if a detransitioned woman has been taking testosterone? She may have the T levels of a woman but her body has been irreversibly altered. Would this be an unfair advantage?
Maybe treat it like doping. If a woman injected herself with a performance enhancing drug that altered and enhanced her natural body, even after she stopped taking it, she is disqualified. No matter what compelled her to do so. It seems "trans" level testosterone actually weakens the female body, atrophying female organs and causing osteoporosis.
