Welcome to Woman’s Hour: The TERF Report.
I finally found the time to listen to the oral arguments in US v. Skrmetti. In this episode, I discuss some of the major points being made by both sides and what I think is interesting about them.
Here are the arguments themselves (mp3 and pdf transcript download). For more analysis, here is a WDI USA X space where they were discussed by some radical feminists (after some discussion about recent events in Seattle) and here is a Democrats for an Informed Approach to Gender (DIAG) X space where they were discussed by a bunch of nerdy lawyers (including me).
