I love that FFS stands for Free Speech Friday, yet when ever I see FFS, all I can think about is For Fuck Sake. It is my version of FFS that comes to mind when I think about what Prisha has been through; and so many young people including my own daughter, who cannot see her own sunk cost fallacy. She too had her breasts removed as a young adult, and now thinks she should take testosterone. My hope is that Prisha and other young women who have stepped out of the "trans" trenches to embrace reality will guide the path of survival for other young women and men out there who have been sucked into the "gender" borg. I'm so sorry to hear about your daughter.

FFS does secretly stand for that (sssssshhhhhhhh).

at what point would someone like your daughter be open to hearing Prisha's voice let alone her whole story?

what can make someone enmeshed in trans-world open up to hearing this experience?

I've no idea on that myself. I wish I knew.

it takes a lot of humility to claw one's way out of the empathy trap. The be kind brigade has a lot of emotionally manipulated power.

I actually remember when I first read that Prisha was pregnant. There was this involuntary burst of joy where I seriously had this sense that she was something of a daughter to me. I chalk that up to the intensity of the fight we are in. Even with people I do not know personally I have a sense of an almost familial experience.

Adding to that, hearing about her pregnancy gave me a sense of hope that the human body, with all its physical and psychological aspects, is resilient even to the assault put on it from an ideology that wants to defy our humanity. I know she has also shared on X her physical struggles from gender interventions that continue to affect her, but I hope she knows that she has a huge fan base that is always pulling for her.

I love Prisha. I remember when she first boldly stepped forward to tell her story. There is so much celebration from the 'Alphabet Allies' for those who announce they are 'trans' but the silence is deafening when people make a detrans announcement. (Or, even worse, as Kara writes above, they get attacked.)

I just wrote a piece partially about people supporting 'trans' out of a misguided sense of friendship https://open.substack.com/pub/flashinggreen/p/do-you-even-know-any-trans-people?r=2261q&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=false and someone wrote to me to ask if I had seen the movie 'Will and Harper'. I haven't, and I don't care to. (I've read about it, and I get the gist.) But it struck me how that film contrasted to Prisha's story really gets to the heart of the misogyny of 'trans'. A man in his 60's is celebrated for making the announcement that he is a woman, and it's all played out in a 'heartwarming' movie via laughs, fun, and 'understanding'. Meanwhile, a vulnerable young woman is led down a path of lies from people all too eager to help her destroy her body and future. She doesn't get any celebrities taking her on fun road trips; instead, she travels to testify in government halls, retelling her story so that others won't be harmed the way she was.

I'm so happy Prisha had her baby! I follow her so I know how worrisome and difficult her pregnancy and the aftermath was. She is a true hero, and I wish Hollywood and the media would tell more stories like hers.

I love this contrast you make between Hollywood and Prisha's world.
