My heart truly aches for this beautiful women. To be put put through such an ordeal, at such a young age...she's amazing. What courage to stand up and rise after literally, being butchered. To go on and and be called to help others. That's a hero.

Keira was the first detransitioner that I read and then posted on fb when my son identified as trans and I questioned everything. After posting her story, a rad fem friend texted me and shared much more about the industry and the ideology. I was able to articulate my doubts much more forcefully and organize meetings with other women after that opening. My son eventually desisted, and I am in the struggle to make sure that young adult transition never happens again. He told me that it was listening to detransitioners that helped him understand his mind. Thank you, Keira, if you are reading this.

She was the first, really, at least for gaining global recognition for filing the lawsuit. She was the beginning of the turnaround. She has got serious courage.

Not many have spent time talking with detransitioners, and the pain and trauma of what has been done to their bodies, but also the way if they speak publicly about their regret, they lose their friend base, and are hounded and attacked by trans activists in what is some of the most horrific bullying I’ve seen.

I’ve long thought that rad fems need to make groups to receive these people and to offer them as much love and friendship and support as we can. They need a safe place to land.
