I never liked Mother Jones. It was always just too “out there” for me. And Madison Paula exemplifies the poor quality of reporters at this pathetic publication.
Great letter. I am saddened, but not surprised, by these threats from the gender ideologues. It is what they do because they haven’t any valid arguments to refute what we all know to be true. I read the Mother Jones piece and I too came away with the same impressions you did. Keep up the good work Kara!
And, the lunacy of the trans cult just gets more ridiculous every day. Not surprising, but that one time respectable publications that were focused on things I supported, like stopping corporations from taking over our governments and ruining our planet, have gone off the deep end with the cult, that is just hideous.
Journalistic integrity is so far in the past, in our post fact world, that only a handful seem to practice it now. And of course those real journalists are under constant attack, or being blacklisted, or cancelled.
These lost, mentally ill children who have grown up staring at screens, obsessed with their physical appearance and with porn, and crossing the two into some freakish form of expression they are wielding like the emotionally violent and mentally ill creatures they are, will only get worse.
But don’t they also just highlight how willing almost all people on earth are to push women into a cage and silence us, because some things never change. And people believing women exist only to be sex objects and caretakers is apparently one of those things.
I apologize to the parents whose kids are walking this path, but if I am being honest, the only thing that will stop this insanity and medical malpractice is for them to reap the health disaster this is creating, and to go off the cliff as they realize you cannot change sex and taking the drugs and getting surgeries will cause irreparable health issues for life. It is the only thing that will bring some much needed reality to the table.
And I will never forget those who supported these attacks on women and never held the people threatening us accountable. You prove to us daily that you have substandard intelligence and no critical thinking abilities, and also apparently no solid morals or ethics.
Nobody who stalks and threatens violence to people who are trying to simply protect women and kids is ever in the right. Not ever.
It’s just men teaching/exploiting the feeble minded to keep punching down at women if they want a cookie and the lie of acceptance in the cult. And laughing all the way to the bank as they push them into life choices no sane person would make.
