Kara Dansky is a lawyer and a feminist. She is the author of The Reckoning: How the Democrats and the Left Betrayed Women and Girls and The Abolition of Sex: How the 'Transgender' Agenda Harms Women and Girls. She served on the board of the Women's Liberation Front from 2016 to 2020 and as president of Women's Declaration International USA from 2021 to 2024. Before she TERF’d herself out of a career, she was widely considered an expert in U.S. criminal law and justice, and served as the ACLU's senior counsel on criminal justice policy from 2012 to 2014. She has a BA from Johns Hopkins University and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
