What Happened With Title IX This Week?

And what should we make of it?

As many readers know, on Thursday January 9, a federal court vacated the Biden administration’s 2024 final rule redefining sex to include the nebulous, sexist, homophobic, and authoritarian, concept of “gender identity” under Title IX. Women’s Declaration International USA (WDI USA) published a statement celebrating the news yesterday.

This post will explore the ruling in more detail and provide a bit of insight into some things that may be happening behind the scenes and some thoughts I have about what the Supreme Court thinks about all of this.
