In this post I’ll explain what happened yesterday in the case of BPJ v. West Virginia State Board of Education and say a few things about some other issues that are bubbling up, notably, recent calls to ease up on abortion restrictions coming from Republicans, as discussed in this piece by The Free Press (the abortion stuff comes toward the end).
