Well, I thought I had seen everything. I’ve seen stories about girls being raped by boys who claim to have female “gender identities,” countless examples of male athletes competing in women’s sports on the basis of their alleged female “gender identities,” and heart-wrenching testimonies from parents whose families are being torn apart by “gender identity,” like this one from Parents With Inconvenient Truths about Trans.
I’ve watched the President of the United States sit down for an extended interview at the White House with a man who is famous for nothing other than his TikTok videos where he claims to be a girl and read a letter sent by the Vice President of the United States on White House stationery to the same man, congratulating him on his “365 days of girlhood.”
But not until today had I seen a U.S. federal court use the phrase “transgender women with male genitalia” repeatedly, uncritically, and without definition, in the context of federal civil rights litigation.
