The US House passed an important bill on April 20 that would: (1) clarify that for Title IX purposes, sex is grounded in biology and (2) require that federally funded schools maintain single-sex sports. The Washington Examiner ran this op-ed that morning, making the case that progressives should support the bill. Naturally, not a single House Democrat did.
