Yesterday, the online magazine Higher Ed Dive published an article stating that the Biden Administration’s proposed Title IX regulatory changes have hit a snag and that we’re unlikely to see any final rule changes until after October of this year. I’m counting that as a win for women and girls as a sex class, and this piece explains why.
