Will the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals Overturn Whitaker and A.C. v. Martinsville?

First, if you’d like, you can read about the “trans” vegan death cult that is the Zizians in the pages of the New York Times, which repeatedly refers to cult members using opposite-sex pronouns. I wrote about the Zizians back in February, in a post that’s available to paid subscribers only:

I want to get this out of the way quickly before getting to the good stuff. I am sorry to report there is a new “trans vegan murder cult” out there. This is not a joke, and it’s terrifying. Andy Ngo reported about it in a New York Post article titled, “The case of the radical ‘Zizian’ vegan trans cult and the shooting death of a Border Patrol agent.”

I first learned about this in a public Facebook group I’m in, where a friend posted:

This Zizian cult is a terrifying, and all too predictable, development in the transgender movement. Transgenderism itself is fundamentally a death cult -- anti-human, anti-woman, anti-life, pro-fetish, pro-rape. It is based in sadism, exploitation, manipulation, and horror. As the culture shifts, we can expect to see more of these unhinged men (and women) plot to murder and terrorize others.

Please be vigilant when dealing with anyone who claims to identify as something other than male or female, or human. People who insist that others lie to and about them for their own sexual or ego gratification are dangerous AT BASELINE. I urge everyone to grok this. We have seen a surge in the number of school shootings and other violent attacks by trans-identified men AND women. As more people speak out against their lies and delusions, they will inevitably lash out more. And more people will die at their hands. Please take precautions to guard against the sociopaths in our midsts.

I know. I didn’t have “trans vegan murder cult” on my bingo card for 2025 either (though I probably should have).

Andy has reported on the Zizians extensively, including on yesterday’s Times piece referring to Ziz as “she” throughout.

His real name is Jack Amadeus LaSota and he has been indicted both in Maryland and at the federal level. According to the federal indictment, in June, “a federal grand jury returned an indictment, charging Jack Amadeus LaSota, 34, of Fairbanks, Alaska — aka Andrea Phelps; Ann Grimes; Anne Grimes; Canaris; Julia LaSota; Ziz — with being a fugitive from justice in possession of firearms and ammunition.” He hasn’t been charged with homicide, but he is considered connected to at least six killings.

This post isn’t about any of that. Instead, it’s a very law-nerdy post about some interesting action recently taken by the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals about whether schools are allowed to maintain single-sex bathrooms.
