I frequently tune into Free Speech Nation, on GB News in the UK. I have even been on it a few times, once in person when I was in London last fall. Americans can watch it on Sundays at 2 p.m. ET on the GB News YouTube channel. It used to be hosted by Andrew Doyle and now it’s hosted by Josh Howie. I don’t agree with everything that is said during the program, but I always enjoy listening.
This past Sunday, one of Josh’s guests was Anne Kalvig, who is a former professor of religious studies and now represents Women’s Declaration International Norway. She argues that “trans” should be classified as a religion. I find her to be quite persuasive, but I have some concerns. You can watch the short segment starting at around 43:45 here.

But first …
I’m headed to Portland, Oregon tomorrow to be a part of the second pro-Sophie Cunningham rally. For anyone who doesn’t know, Sophie is a rock star WNBA player who has taken a strong stance in support of female-only sports. When pressed, she said, “I said what I said.”
The first pro-Sophie rally was in Seattle on Tuesday night, when the Indiana Fever was there to confront the Seattle Storm. After the rally, some rally-goers attended the game. That’s when a co-owner of the Seattle Storm actually berated two teenage girls who were at the game wearing XX-XY t-shirts. You’ll read a lot more about that if you read tomorrow’s issue of FFS Friday, arriving in your inbox at 10:00 a.m. ET.
I am aware that Portland is a hotbed of “trans” activism. Having had hard objects thrown at my body and been maced directly into my eyes by a violent mob of angry men there in 2023, I know what’s up. But this pro-Sophie momentum is incredibly strong, and I want to do my part!
