Love the clarity in Kara’s description of the case. “Last year, a group of six women sued their sorority, KKG, because KKG had admitted a man.”

I could have said, "Last year, a group of six women filed a complaint against their sorority on the basis that the sorority had breached its fiduciary duty to them by admitting a man, allegedly in violation of the sorority's bylaws. Several questions currently before the 10th Circuit involve the pleading standards that apply to breach of fiduciary duty complaints under both Wyoming and Ohio state law." But that would have been really boring. :) Have a great weekend!

It sounds like Cheryl would make a fantastic founder of a new sorority with 450 backers.

I was also thinking along those lines. Perhaps she should take over the KKG and permanently kick out the ones who sold their sisters downstream? Would be poetic justice!

It would be good if Kara could do a presentation about this case at WDI's Saturday Feminist Question Time.
