This post concerns the matter of Doe, et al. v. Kappa Kappa Gamma, et al., about which the feminist publication Reduxx reported earlier today. The case concerns a group of women who are suing their sorority, the sorority president, and a man listed as “Terry Smith” (which is a pseudonym for a man named Dallin Langford, who claims to have a woman identity and goes by the name Artemis Langford). The gist of the complaint is that the sorority forced its members to admit Langford into it, over the objections of several women, and that Langford proceeded to behave inappropriately in common areas of the sorority building (shocker).
