Back in April, two middle school teachers at an Escondido, California (near San Diego) school sued their school district and the California Board of Education, arguing that they ought to be able to tell parents when their students claim to be the opposite sex (or some mysterious sex other than female or male, which does not exist). Earlier this month, they got a partial win.
